TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- A 12 month warranty applies to all new mobile handset purchases.
- Nextron Mobiles (‘we’ or ‘us’) are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind after making a purchase with the agreed terms and conditions. In the case that we do offer a refund then a 15% restocking and administration fee applies for all item cancellation or refund.
- We will only replace a handset if it is found to be “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) within 7 days from the date of purchase. Water damaged, dead phone (phone no power and not turning on), physical damaged (scratched, cosmetic irregularities, damaged phone housing etc.) and touchscreen and⁄or LCD screen damaged phone will not be covered under warranty and therefore the customer will be responsible for all repair costs.
- Tampering with manufacturer’s firmware⁄software such as jail breaking will void warranty and the customer will be responsible for all repair costs.
- Proof of purchase will be required for all warranty claims.
- We will only offer an EXCHANGE and NO REFUND of accessories including but not limited to chargers, battery, cables, covers etc. As long as the item have not been physically damaged such as broken cables, cosmetic damaged etc. Replacement only applies within 7 days.
- We only accept items for return or exchange if the item is in its original condition (opened or used item(s) from sealed box will void an exchange or refund) and for same item only within 7 days of our invoice date. Proof of purchase will be required for all returns or exchanges if they are approved.
- Nextron Mobiles reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange where customer disagrees with the agree terms and conditions after making a purchase.
- Most items are covered by warranty. Please contact us to clarify if a product is covered under warranty.
